Leadership Speaker Drew Dudley Inspires Lollipop Moments Blog

If you're looking for some upbeat reading material to renew your faith in the power of everyday leadership, look no further than the Lollipop Moments Tumblr account inspired by leadership speaker Drew Dudley. The blog collects reader submissions of uplifting and inspirational examples of human kindness (which Dudley calls "lollipop moments" in his popular TEDx talk embedded above) that, no matter how small they may seem, have made a tremendous difference in someone's life. As Dudley explains in his captivating keynotes, these "lollipop moments" are evidence that leadership is inherent in all of us—and is not an unattainable attribute saved for a small percentage of the population. Rather, leadership is about acting in a way that makes a positive impact on your own life and the lives of those around you. And judging by the number of examples on the Lollipop Moments Tumblr thus far, there are more of those moments happening every day than we might think.

Dudley is the founder of Nuance Leadership Development Services and was previously the National Chair of Shinerama: Students Fighting Cystic Fibrosis. In both of these roles, he inspires people to redefine leadership. He speaks to students, corporations and charities alike on the importance of taking ownership of your own individual leadership qualities. He explains that no matter how small your actions may seem, they have the potential to change someone's life.
