Tim Flannery on Panel for Richard Branson's $25 Million Climate Change Prize

After reading The Weather Makers, Tim Flannery's book on climate change, Richard Branson pledged three billion dollars toward weaning the world off fossil fuels. Last week he offered $25 million for the person who comes up with the best way of removing significant amounts of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. To bring things full circle, Flannery has been chosen as one of the judges. His million-selling book, The Weather Makers, has shown corporate America why fighting global warming simply makes good business sense.
