Ryan D'Agostino wanted to know how the extremely rich in America got that way. So he asked. In his book, Rich Like Them, he travelled to the richest zip codes in the country, knocking on doors, notepad in hand. The people who spoke with him -- hardworking everyday people -- offered generous advice, much of it quirky, all of it timeless. The kind of advice you can only get by asking for it.
