Born and Educated in Belfast,
Northern Ireland, Katie Thomson immigrated to Canada
just over twenty years ago. She has been with The Lavin
Agency for 4 1/2 years now and is very much a people
person who enjoys working directly with speakers and
assisting them with their travel logistics.
Katie is married and has a daughter who is attending
college. She is very active in her community and is
chairperson for her church social committee. As a
result of Katie's fundraising endeavours, her church
currently has $52 000 towards their goal of $75,000
to pay for a brand new furnace. In her spare time
Katie escapes from the hectic details of travel planning
by going for walks and gardening with her husband.
