David Gratzer Offers The
Inside Story on Canadian Health Care
What Happens Now That the Election is Over?
In the weeks leading up to the federal election, health care issues
and values were discussed, debated and dissected endlessly. So...what
happens now? We know that the Liberals have a minority government
but we're still waiting to hear what that means for the funding
and structure of our health care system.
In the gap between election promises and reality, Canadians need
someone who can tell them what really needs to happen in government
to ensure true and lasting health care reform. Dr. David Gratzer,
the award-winning author, is a physician that is able to see beyond
the special interests and inflated rhetoric to the reality of our
system. His uncompromising approach to long-term, sustainable healthcare
for all Canadians has been called 'brilliant and tightly researched'
by The National Post.
to read what David Gratzer has to say about the new government and
the future of health care.
For more information about having Dr. Gratzer into
your next event, contact The Lavin Agency or click here:

The Band that Plays the Greatest Music of The Century
There is no other band like The Timebenders. Imagine
having a chance to dance your way through some of the best music
of the last sixty years - performed by all of the original artists!
Now, imagine those artists amplified into some of the most hilarious
caricatures you will ever and played up to comic perfection. Join
those two visions together and you have the beginning of an idea
of how much fun The Timebenders will bring with them to your next
corporate event.
Few people have as solid a grasp of the hits (and spectacular misses!)
of the last few decades of pop music. If you want to shake with
Tina, bop with Cyndi and live la vida loca with Tricky Martin, it's
time to bring in the one and only Timebenders!

The Strange Story of Alice
Cooper, Bruce Kirkby and Hitchhiking Through Quebec
How A Shock Rocker Left Bruce Kirkby Hitchhiking to His Last Event
Bruce Kirkby has travelled by camel across the Empty
Quarter, rafted the Blue Nile Gorge, and climbed Mount Everest.
So when he got stuck in a Quebec airport last week with no rental
cars available for the two hour drive to Mt. Tremblant he immediately
found a solution. He asked if anyone else was headed in that direction
and he asked for a ride. And then it got really interesting.
The Good Samaritan turned out to be the manager of Alice Cooper,
the famous shock rocker. Bruce and this kind stranger were having
a grand time talking about the music industry when the driver's
cellphone rang. Sure enough, it was Alice Cooper and the manager
had to get back to the airport immediately!
This left Bruce stranded on the side of the highway an hour from
anywhere, in a full suit in the noon day heat. Bruce did what any
committed Lavin speaker would do - straightened his suit, put on
a big smile and stuck his thumb out! He made it in time and did
his usual fantastic presentation. Now that's dedication!
For more information about Bruce Kirkby (or just to confirm that
we're not making this up), contact The Lavin Agency.
