Three of Bill Gates' Favorite TED Talks are by Lavin Keynote Speakers [VIDEO]

The Microsoft mogul recent compiled a list of his 13 favorite talks, with three Lavin keynote speakers rounding out the coveted collection. Cain's record-breaking talk on introversion, and the undervalued talents they posess, recently passed 3 million views—pretty impressive considering Cain had no formal speaking experience before she translated themes from her bestselling book Quiet to the stage! The power of introverts, indeed!

Salman Khan and Steven Pinker also made the cut.
